It was only available in only few places a few years ago, and only one when I was injured (10 years ago).

I'd rather go to a major University using the technology than an outsourced facility, but something is much better than nothing.
One of the major problems with BPI is getting adequate diagnostics. The most accurate to date is exploratory surgery, and that is something you do readily want to jump into, and at the very least with an extremely competent neurosurgeon well practiced in BPI.
