I have searched the site and cannot locate any victims of this damage in my area. I would love to meet someone with a sense of hope that they can share with me. My accident was Sept 15,2011. I was riding my motorcycle on Az 93 neat Bagdad when a girl (wittnesses say- I don't remember anything) was doing 100+mph passing multiple cars. She got in a situation where it was a head-on or change back to her lane. She chose her lane and unfortunately she could not brake hard enough to keep from hitting me. I was thrown backwards onto her hood and my bike, on cruise control, traveled down the road alone. I was thrown off the hood by the force of her braking and hit the guardrail. I broke t4&8vertebrae, R Scapula, 4 claviclular breaks, and all my ribs were broken(4 have been replaced with titanium plating). My arm was dislocated when I hit the guardrail putting the icing on the cake. The girl that hit me backed up so as not to finish the job by running over me and hauled her a## on out of the area. Since the bike was large and mostly had plastic body parts there was no paint transfer the AZ DPS said they could not confirm I was hit. They said I might have lost control on my own. So their story is I jumped off the bike at speed and the bike went another 365 ft on its own. So no one to sue and no investigation to catch her cause no one got the plates. 1998 Infinity black with paint evulsion and girl driver is all we know
