My grandson, Matthew, will be 5 next month. He's starting to ride his bike but we need a handlebar extender for him to be able to reach with his injured LOBPI arm. If anyone knows where we can buy one please let me know. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you and God bless.

google "bicycle handlebar extender" and you'll see many different options.
I have no idea what kind of a bicycle your grandson has or what his needs are but his Occupational Therapist and the local bike shop (or auto body shop - because they may do welding) may be able to work together to modify the bike so that it works as best as it can for your grandson.
best of luck,
francine

For those that have very little hand use, sliding a can cozy over the end of the handle bad will give you a couple inches and allow the injured hand to assist in steering.

We have the cruiser handlebars for our daughter's bike. This has helped her a fair bit.
