Hi, just thought I would let you all know how Jacob went. His exploratory surgery found he had extensive neuroma's to his C5 and C6 nerves, the scarring was extensive enough to require nerve grafting. He would not have made any recovery to his bicep without the surgery. He was gone for the longest 7 and half hours of my life, including recovery. And he has done so well they only kept us in hospital overnight and he was released a day earlier than anticipated!! We can hopefully expect to see some results in 4 to 5 months, and we will keep you posted.

My little trooper is doing brilliantly, back to his usual happy self.

wow that 7 1/2 hours probably seemed like 2 days. i am so happy to hear that he is doing so well. hope he continues to do well.

GOOOD News, Mom! Your little guy IS Brave and soo are YOU. You never know how strong you are until you are tested.

Great to hear the surgery went well. How old is Jacob, and who performed the surgery?

Jacob is now 7 and 1/2 months, and we are almost 9 weeks post op. He is doing wonderfully. His scars are healing very well and he is slowly regaining some of his pre surgery movement. We had a wonderful surgeon in Australia who performed his operation. Dr Trevor Gervais.

I am very proud of my little trooper and want to thank everybody for their prayers.
