Injury Description, Date, extent, surgical intervention etc: My son Parker was born at 37 weeks weighing 8lbs 14oz on January 15, 2009. WAY too big for me! Having had a difficult birth resulted in a left arm brachial plexsus injury. Parker has been in therapy since he was a month. has had an MRI and an EMG done. At this point no surigical intervention. Any help would be wonderful!

Post by Boomer2009 »

Hi Guys. I have a 2 year old little boy who was injured at birth. I was just told by the 3rd attorney i have consulted that he would be unable to help me. Does anyone out there know of a WONDERFUL shark of an attorney who would be able to help me?? In Az.... I'm so frustrated that I've been told people cannot help us. I had the suit filed before the satute of limitations. But without an attorney I'm left with nothing. Any help is much appreciated!
