Was wonderful to come across this site after so many years. I must confess the whole point of me getting a computer 14 yrs ago was was to research any information I could find on Brachial Plexus injuries and Erb's Palsy. How far the research and efforts have come! My daughter has received 5 operations to date some being done here in NYC and a couple in Houston. To date we have no more operations planned other then cosmetic and that would be my daugther's decision if she chooses to go that route. We haven't' really continued wth any formal therapy for about 2 years as the activities she does on an everyday basis have proven to be adequate in helping her with ROM. The last month for the first time my daughter has complained of pain, in her shoulder and upper back. We moved forward with an MRI and some X-rays and nothing new was revealed hoping that going back to formal PT will help with any discomfort she is facing. Thought it would be a great idea if perhaps there is a group of teenagers that might be interested in perhaps chatting or if near by getting together, would love any feedback. Thanks to all - HAPPY NEW YEAR!
