HE WAS AMAZED AT THE USE OF HIS FINGERS ALL DOCTORS ARE HE SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO WITH IS INJURY BUT SOME HOW THAT NERVE GRAFT WORKED WERE OTHERS DID NOT GROW BACK HE HAS ONLY A LITTLE DELTOID, BICEP, AND FINGER FLEXERS THAT WORK WOW.......... I'm glad to hear that Thomas is doing so well. I'm sure it's hard to watch him struggle sometimes but he will be able to face and overcome most of the challenges he faces.

I did not have any surgery, even with the extent of my injuries because of my age.I guess they did not think there was anything they could do for me. I have gained, over the years, more movement then ever expected and had some set backs during growth spurts. My arm and hand functioned so much better as a young adult, then it did when I was a child... There is a lot to be said and learned about some of the natural healing that occurs as we mature.

I hope Thomas has a great deal of healing as he grows and matures.
