Southwest Airlines Medical Transportation Grant Program

This grant program is available for hospitals and medical transportation organizations only. So look at this list and if the hospital that your child goes to for surgery is not on the list, tell your specialist, or even call the hospital and inform them about this grant program.

On the list is medical transportation organizations like Miracle Flights -- so if you are planning a surgery in a place far away from home and the hospital is not listed there, then you could also contact one of the transportation organizations for these tickets.

(Just got this information in an email from Southwest today)
