Think about what he normally does during the day? What are the daily things he uses or can use? I would think your attorney would want to film him in the daily activities he does because that is going to show more proof than trying to have things surrounding him that may pose as if you are stageing something. I hope this has helped you. I work in the legal field and we look for natural surroundings when working on a case. Good luck and I will say a prayer for you! :D

Injury Description, Date, extent, surgical intervention etc: LOBPI. I am 77 yrs old and never had a name for my injuries until 2004 when I found UBPN at age 66.

My injuries are: LOBPI on upper body and Cerebrael Palsy on the lower left extremities. The only intervention I've had is a tendon transplant from my left leg to my left foot to enable flexing t age 24 in 1962. Before that, my foot would freeze without notice on the side when wearing heels AND I always did wear them at work "to fit in" I also stuttered until around age 18-19...just outgrew it...no therapy for it. Also suffered from very very low self esteem; severe Depression and Anxiety attacks started at menopause. I stuffed emotions and over-compensated in every thing I did to "fit in" and be "invisible". My injuries were Never addressed or talked about until age 66. I am a late bloomer!!!!!

I welcome any and all questions about "My Journey".

I would focus on Activities of Daily Living....zipping /putting on clothes, personal hygiene tasks, difficult tasks that are directly related to independence.......[ Going through the lunch line at school and/or buffet line in restaurants was and is still impossible without assistance for me] . carrying books; fixing his own lunch(buttering/slicing bread), cutting his own meat at a meal....etc.

You all are in my prayers today Marlyn, please update us how the filming went.
HUGS,

Re: urgent!!! need ideas- went great

Filming went great. Jojo was very natural - when he got frustrated it showed as normal and when he was proud it showed. The tasks he completed were:
dressing w/ tshirt, jeans, socks and button up shirt
spreading peanut butter
opening baggie and tupperware
reading a paperback book
a series of stretches and exercises
toothpaste on toothbrush

He was very nervous at first, but warmed right up to our lawyer. I am proud of him. Thanks everyone!
