need advise

my daughter is 15 years old she has had 2 surgeries a tendon release and a muscle transfer she was born at llumc in calif we just went to the dr and was told the humeral head of her shoulder is permantly damaged and there is nothing more he can do .i always thought the dr could help her and we were not aware of all the bpi drs we just found out about dr nath and the triangle tilt he thinks it will help. we just dont know what to do.so if anyone has had this situtation let me know how it went thanks
