Hi,
I just got Botox injected into my bicep and trap muscle 2 days ago- OMG I am amazed at how good I feel! I can stand up straighter, move my shoulder back, and sit in a chair with no arms- WITHOUT PAIN!!
I wasn't sure about this stuff but I am floored at how much better my right side feels- nearly normal like the left side. Anyone else ever try it?
Botox anyone?

- Injury Description, Date, extent, surgical intervention etc: OBPI -Erbs. Was told my whole life I had a "retarted" arm and was not ever pushed to use it. The older I got, the more painful it became. After seeing several DR.s and an ENG Erbs was diagnosd. I've been through lots of TP which helps for a time, I've also purchased a tens machine which seems to help sometimes.

- Injury Description, Date, extent, surgical intervention etc: To make an incredibly LONG story short...
When I was born, my mother's doctor was out of town. A doctor that would not perform c-sections was forced upon us. Being 10 lbs, my right shoulder got stuck under my mom's pubic bone. The doctor pulled me out by my head, which ripped/streched all the nerves in my neck and arm (So, OBPI).
I've had two surgeries at 9 months old, and 3 years old.
My mother suffered as well. She needed both brain surgery and a shunt--She still sufferes today.
My parents lost the court case due to a terrible jurey.
That's about it!
Hope I can find somebody my age to talk to :)
Re: Botox anyone?
I'm 14 and never had botox done. My mom has asked several doctors before if it would help, all said no. My brachial plexus is not as severe as others so I guess the doctors thought it wouldn't help. Although my neck is incrediblely tight ALL the time. Does anyone know whether botox could help that or not?
