I have discovered an error in the first edition of the cookbook Nurture & Nourish
The Pumpkin Cheesecake is missing the number of packages of cream cheese...this should read 3 packages of creak cheese. I am not sure why but the number did not copy over and got lost in the formatting....Its back now in a new version...I have update the version of the cookbook on cafepress (support ubpn at the top of the page then click ubpn awareness store)...This error also affected the CD version and I had to delete it to upload the new version...The catch with a CD version is I have to send in a new master copy of the CD which will take a few days especially with holiday mailings.
