Hi Everyone
its been awhile but things get crazy fast around here. We saw Dr Waters in Boston he is great he felt there wasn't much to do for the elbow at this point he said we should wait till it is causing frankie pain then he would do surgery to remove the ulnar head. Frankie has once again proven you can do anything one handed he has just been accepted as a Jr firefighter at our local firehouse. He wants to be a paid firefighter after college so he thought this would be a good experience.

Mare,
The secret is PACING OURSELVES and putting yourselve at the top of the list each day taking care of ourselves 1st.
I didn't learn that until late 50's...LOL I'm a very slow learner!

It's so nice to hear from you. Your doing the shots 3x a week. Suz use to get the interferon 1x a week but had the flu 6 days a week from it. She is in an experimental program at Holy Family ... It's a new drug and a pill... only one flare up in 6 months so far.

I'm so glad to hear that Freezing Frankie is doing so well and will soon be on the fire department... Yikes I'm not sure he will love the jackets... You know how some of us hate jackets. Mine is usually sitting on the back seat of my car. I had three of them there last winter. Now I keep one in the car for emergency... LOL....

Hope your feeling good soon and stay well.
Kath

Hi Kath
Yes I'm on the rebiff the needles are small and don't go in the muscle like the avonex but yes its 3xs a week. Please tell Suzanne I said hello its been a while since we spoke. Freezing Frankie doesn't have a problem with coats its his mother who hates them I still haven't bought one I just wear sweat shirts. His problem is going to be the left sleeve being to long and getting in the way but I'm hoping I can alter it. Its great to be back in touch and to hear from everyone again
