Hi everybody. I'm new here. My daughter told me about the UBPN message boards, and I wanted to try it out. I'd like to talk to some parents who also have children with BPI. I'd also like to know how many of them have had surgeries, and how the recoveries are going. My daughter (Sarah, who also posts here) had the Mod Quad surgery when she was 3 years old.

Welcome to the board! A great number of our children have had surgery (many have had multiple surgeries). You can do a search for "Mod Quad" and will get tons of results to read through.

I think it's great that both you and Sarah are posting. I hope my daughter will feel safe coming here when she is old enough. I have made some wonderful friends on this board, and I am sure you will, too.
