Chronic fatigue and OBPI

It seems like I am always tired, no matter how much I sleep. I have an appointment to talk to my doc about it and do tests to rule out thyroid problems, anemia, etc.... But, I'm starting to wonder if it is somehow related to my OBPI. All the other factors that I'd always attributed it to are gone now, but I am still exhusted all the time.

Everything is connected in the body, particularly when you thing about the skelatal system. I wonder if being tired is caused by all the strain on my "framework" that is caused my the OBPI. (My shoulder being higher on the left causes my scoliosis, which puts my hips out of line and that strains my knees.) With all the misalignment, the muscles surrounding the bones are surely stressed as well. Even without chronic pain, I wonder if those strains just tire me out when I try to do anything that takes effort - houseowrk, exercise, etc...

I just wondered if anyone else has this problem and what may have helped them? Any ideas?

You should get a sleep study done, either an at home one or in the hospital to look for sleep apnea. It is common yet very under-diagnosed!

Get an appointmet with an OTL (ear nose throat) or Respirologist.

But I don't think it is that. My husband says I don't sound like I have apnea when I am asleep AND I dream - which means I'm getting to REM sleep. (Not getting all the way into REM sleep is why people with apnea don't get restful sleep.)

I have sleep apnea and I dream and I don't snore.. it's not as cut and dry as that. Seriously, think about getting a referral, the worst they can say is No you don't have it.
