My Dr. mentioned at my last visit a full arm compression garment because of my arm being so swollen. I have full ROM but my arm is 3x the size of the other. I do not have insurance so everything is out of pocket. And I'm trying to find out it anyone has had any luck with this type of thing. Or any other options

Go to Wal Mart.
I found an athletic jersey that is used as an undergarment
by professionals to ease/eliminate muscle strain.
I'm sure it'll help some and the store brand is inexpensive.

I had the same problem ask your doctor to reffer you to an ot for lymph node massage it took a total of two weeks to go down but I had decreased swelling after the first massage it costs a little bit but they can teach you or your significant other to do it. So if the swelling gets out of hand again you will be able to take care of it on your own.
