I am looking for information on tbpi caused by medical procedures....

is there a site anywhere that describes the types of stretch positions that may cause bpi's ?

I have a client who has a very tender neck and she already has some symptoms...I want her to learn what information she has to give to a medical provider if she ever has to have surgery or any other medical procedure that may be risky to her brachial plexus.

I just became of this website yesterday (I have TBPI for over 4 years)...

This site provides a lot of useful data but I can tell
you the name of a physician who specializes in this type of condition and/or claim.

I know about claims cause I handle med mal (Skilled Nursing Facility & Assisted Living Facility)/GL & AL claims.

The physicians name is Robert Schwartzman, MD.

He is Chairman of Neurology Dept of Tenet Health System's Hahnemann location in Philadelphia.

I have treated with him personally as well as run up
against him professionally and he's very, very good all the way around (his live testimony is something to see...smooth).

I even tried to bring him over to the side of light
(as opposed to side of darkness which we call the plaintiff side....little bit of professional humor).

Dr. Schwartzman has also trained a number of other physicians in this area (one of them completed my surgery) so you may find that he may someone more local
to you if you are not in the Philadelphia area....

So look up his number and give him a call....

By the way, our we've even convinced some of your brethren plaintiff counsels to work for us (brought them into the light..lol) and it's been a breath of fresh air (as opposed to old stoggy defense firms)...
