Just wanted to share the great news. After 8 days of testimony the jury deliberated today and reached a verdict in Bradley's favor. We are so grateful to our lawyer Michael Weiss. He spent countless hours preparing for this trial and did an amazing job! I am crying tears of joy knowing that justice was served.

I am so happy for your family! This is a great victory for you and Bradley. It's great to hear that people are beginning to understand that this injury NOT a birth defect.
Now try to take a deep breath and try to relax a bit.

Just wanted to post Michael's web site for those interested:

Michael is extremely knowledgable about brachial plexus injuries congruent with the the biomechanics involved in the birthing process, as well as the deviations from "standard of care" that occur. Over the years in working with Michael he has become close to our entire family. Truly a pleasure to work with.
