Question for Erb's Pasly

Hi my name Lyle and im 16 years old and I have have Erb's palsy. I am going to therapy currently to help get movment in my right arm but one thing I ant to get done havent asked my therapist about it but is there any way that I could get a sergery that fixes my length of my arm because Im very (cant think of the word)like it bugs me and I feel uncomfontable with my arm like that and if there and cure to fixes the length if so where can I get it and how much??
