NC Picnic?

Does anyone know what happened to the picnic in North Carolina? I've been checking the board and it has been in the works for the past few months and now it is not on the board at all?! We were really looking forward to it. Can someone check on it please.Thanks alot.

I heard that it would be some time in September.I am not sure of the date.

I took it off the gatherings page because no one had any information at all - even who to contact. If you or anyone has any information about this - let me know and I will put it back on the gatherings page. Thanks!

The picnic is September 26th.

Sept 26th? That's on a Thursday. I was going to try to make this one as well but won't be able to make it on a Thursday as vacation time is already used up.

The picnic is the 29th. Lisa appologizes. Hannah has a Dr. on the 26th and she was confused!!!

I don't have the name and number of the person but will try to post that tonight.

I do know that the person who organizes it each year is Debra Miller. I've been sending her emails about it and the last time I heard from her was the first of June and she said late September first of October, and she would let us know asap, but I've heard nothing. And I've tried emails and she does not return them.

So did you get the info in the mail or have you heard from her? We've been looking forward to this since the spring Because it is usually earlier in the year. Hope to see you there.

I also have been trying to contact Debra Miller and she has not answered my calls. I found out the date from Lisa Davis at TCH. Sorry about the date mix up earlier. Sometimes my mind doesn't always work.

Well I finally heard from Debra and she said the picnic is Sept 28, but it is going to be at a different place this year.She said she will email with new directions. I see that you put the 29 so be sure to check on that.
