Sudden Onset of Pain

Post by d1sillusiond »

I have had a left brachial plexus injury and been post op for about two years. I was on a jobsite and had a sudden onset of pain to my left bicep and shoulder. It was mostly in an area that had not bothered me much in the past. My breakthrough barely touches it and it is starting to really affect me.

Does anyone have any idea why this would happen?

Nothing has really changed recently. I am on the same meds, actually I increased my daily breakthrough within the past two weeks. That is the only change.

I'm about a year and a half. I'm good most of the time. Every once in a while sudden pain for no reason. Sometimes the weather, rainy and blah causes it. Sometimes just nerve pain. I think that pretty much goes and comes forever. I've heard some people on here say they have little pain attacks 20 years or so down the road. I guess we just have to cope and live with it.
