My son is 2 and a half and I have an umbrella stroller to push him in when we shop which sucks then I have an awesome jogging stroller for jogging...it's like pushing air it's so smooth. But there's no way I can use that indoors...it's too big to take shopping and it's a pain to travel with, such a job to put together.

My question is, is there a nice stroller that I can get to take shopping for him since he's getting bigger? I'm not sure if it's his size that's causing the problems...though he doesn't weigh much or if it's just me. I have trouble pushing carts, strollers and all that fun stuff. I got a wrist brace and it helped a lot but today nothing worked. I was in so much pain wandering the mall.

Any thoughts?

Hello there! I remember that being a total pain in the rear. The whole car seat/stroller thing was the worst. I never did find a real good stroller that worked. Things have changed quite a bit in the baby world so hopefully you will find something that works better for you.

I had the greatest stroller when my son was little, it was by GRACO it had huge wheels in the back and was easy to collapse with one hand. My husband was miltary so ease was the name of the game when I was going things with four children in tow. It had cup holders and a place for your keys, I know they have improved it since then that was ten years ago......but it has one finger steering and I am not exaggerating. We bought ours at toys r us which was awesome because you can "TEST DRIVE" Them baby in them and see which one you like. It lasted a good five years, but was kind of expensive but would definately buy it again. I think that Brandon was five or six before we gave it to friends, who I know used it at least two years. I am not BPI but I really loved the high handle I am tall and the others really hurt my back and the one finger or handed sterring was great when I needed a hand to keep the others in tow. Check them out toys r us has them all ready to go, if they are locked I know that they will let you try anything you want.

With the twins I had a graco that I loved. Even though it was a double stroller it was smooth and pretty easy to control and colapse and such. Granted once the twins got heavier it became a bit more difficult but I think that was just because with twins there is just somuch more weight.

I have a cosco now and hate it. It's a breeze to colapse and open but does not manuver well at all.
