Katie, Kim and I are in Houston. We hoped to be discharged tomorrow BUT Dr. Nath says one more day. things went well except the hospital is full and we almost didn't get a bed.
One last bit of news--she has to do the splint 8/8. Yeah won't that be lovely. For the rest of you waiting--it isn't bad but the pain is worse than for the mod. Cheryl (OT) says the bigger kids tell her it is because the shoulder is so tight.
Hugs to all and we hope to be home soon

christy I have SO many questions but will respect your privacy until you get home and have the time to come back on.
In the meantime, I will keep all of you in my thoughts and prayers and hope that Katie has an easier time of it rather than harder time.
Safe journeys home, too.
big hugs,
francine

and had 2 ruptures with a neuroma on c4/5/6, avulsions of c7/8, Horner's and Dr. Nath just told us this week that he felt she was a bilateral with a c7 stretch on the left side as well (she had the humeral fx there too).
