Question, now a days my non-BP hand gets exhausted. I can't write for long, and I can't help my BP arm in exercises as well. Is this age or something I should check into?

It doesn't hurt it just tires too easily.

It's part of overuse.. but yes, I would get it checked to make sure it's due to that and not some type of muscle degeneration.

(I had that happen last year, found out there is something wrong with the deltoid muscle, but they don't know the cause, only that the Botox shots I got for my leg made me very weak (only in my right arm).)
