Arm dislocation

How would you know if your child has dislocated her BPI shoulder?

our bpi specialist knew it by looking at her arm and feeling it - we also got a MRI and CT scan to confirm it - it showed up on the CT scan only.
4 therapists were not able to tell - they just thought her muscle releases grew back
