Anyone had an open incision tendon release ( Lattisimus Dorsi, Teres Major, Pectoralis) combined with an arthroscopic capsule release ( release shoulder capsule, completely cut subscapularis tendon)
What was the effect on internal rotation and the ability to lift the arm over the head.
We're looking at options for our four year old who has had no previous surgery.
