Thanks to a few generous sponsors, the cost of attending the National Health Conference on Brachial Plexus/Erb’s Palsy, has decreased from $125.00 per person to just $75.00. Hopefully, this will make the event more affordable to attend. The event is scheduled August 16-17, 2002, at the Brand New Adam’s Mark Hotel in Northbrook-Chicago.
Who should attend?
The Conference will be for those affected, their families, health professionals, and anyone who wants to learn about this condition.

There will also be some entertainment, as well as a chance for getting in touch with others.

Saturday Evening BBQ and Pool Party, with a D.J.
The Adam’s Mark Hotel is about 15-20 minutes from O’Hare International Airport.
Registration Deadline is May 31, 2002. Space maybe limited so make your reservations early.
Rooms are just $49.00 a night. Great Price!

Children are welcome, however the National Brachial Plexus/Erb’s Palsy Association Inc., cannot accept responsibility for them. There will be a room across from the conference room, that will be available for children. It will be staffed with Volunteers. This will give them the opportunity to interact and play with each other. Entertainment will be provided.
They are also welcome in the conference room itself with the parent. Of course if they were disturbing the other attendees, you would be encouraged to step out of the conference area.
