I went to Dr. Waters office and gave out copies of our Outreach magazine to his office. I also gave out UBPN cards to give to patients when they come for appointments.

We're also working with Dr. Waters office to try and get some good digital pics of the kids for our website and prevention efforts. If you are interested in participating, they have a copy of our photo release for UBPN, maybe ask that any pics showing the injury that they may take could be shared with us? I will attach the form here as well for your consideration.
