i was wondering if anybody out there has had a axilary nerve (the nerve that controls the deltoid) injery that needed surgery to fix. i had a nerve transplant using a triceps branch about 8 months ago. i was hopping to compare strength of teh deltoid and stuff like that. and how you found was the best way to work or exercise the deltiod mussle. thankyou for all your support
