NEED TO CONTACT LISA AT TCH

I am not sure if it is Lisa Thompson or Lisa Davis that I would get in touch with regarding a prescription for my son after surgery. He needs a prescription for a dyna-splint. Does anyone know who I should contact or should I contact Nath directy. Any phone numbers would be greatly appreciated.
