Mayo Changed My life!!!!!

i just got back from the Mayo Clinic and God Bless them all cause it worked!!!!. 6 months after surgery and i have all three deltiod heads fireing, the docs only thought two whould comeback. Im extreamly lucky and gratfull to have such a wonderfull outcome and would recomend everybody to go to mayo. Also i would like to thank all you all for answering my posts. Everybody on this chatboard is absolutly amazing and i admire all your love and care that you put in me and problely everybody on this chatboard. i can lift 10 lbs over my head and so far have around 50% of my streangh back. This turly is the best Day in my life, to hear those words that you can once again regain use of you injered mussles is simply overwealming. I am exteamly lucky and once again would like to thank all of you for your support so GOD BLESS YOU ALL!!!!!

That is truly wonderful news...I'm so happy for you. Keep us posted on your recovery, if you would. I think my DH had the same surgery as you (though we're only a month post op)

That really IS great news ! Thanks for sharing it with us. 10 lbs. over your head is truly amazing ! Hopefully youll see even more results and I look forward to hearing about them. My son is having a gracilis muscle transfer in a couple of months and hopefully he will be able to regain some use of his arm.
