Jojo always complains of his stomach hurting. He's really regular- on the toilet every night by 9pm. The doctor has never found anything wrong though. Why do you ask?

Jill is only 13 months and I am new to all of this. But what I immediately thought of was stress and the effects it can have on your body especially your stomach. Stress can also aggravate existing stomach problems. Not sure what kinds of problems you are talking about. I've never heard of any other directly related problems. Probably good to get it checked out.

My daughter had stomach problems as an infant prior to her diaphragm plication. Since her diaphragm was paralyzed (C4 rupture) it allowed her stomach to move up higher into her chest and she would throw up all the time. After the surgery, it stopped happening.

Wow im glad this got replied on because just yesterday we were at the park and Maggie was running around and she kept stopping and coughing really hard.

I never knew the diaphram could be affected by this injury until I read it here on UBPN. Im going to make her an appointment because of her stomach and yesterday really scared me the way she was breathing and coughing.

Thanks for the replies.
