Dustin tried these for several weeks. He didn't notice any changes so has stopped. Maybe I should see if he would give it a try again since we have seen improvement with a new exercise he's doing. Well, anyway, I have lots of Whey protein and some creatin left. If your interested let me know and would gladly send it ur way.

We got it at GNC ...
Creatin 21.99
Whey protein 29.99

Just glad to get it out of the cupboard, I hate to throw things out people could use.

Just an FYI... marian lives in Israel... pretty far and expensive to send any type of "heavy" container.

That is if I am right about Hebron being the same one in Israel, correct me if I am wrong!

Without active movement, i dont things like creatine cannot increase the size of atrophed muscle. Branch chain amino acids can stop muscle catabolizm...your muscles using the easiest form of energy...themselves.. If you are working out..active movement, then creatine can help you build up in size...gives your muscles extra energy i think..there are many benefits of whey protein as well..ill look up a study just done in australia..
