Need info regarding doctor

We are currently trying to find a specialist to evaluate our son--he has a brachial plexus injury from delivery--our insurance and pediatrician want us to see a Dr. J or John Wellons at the Children's Hospital in Birmingham, Alabama and I was wondering if anyone has seen or knows any information regarding him?
