Happy New Year! A bit belated, but the holiday has finally calmed down.
I have my 2nd therapy session this evening. I just found out I'm limited to ten sessions by my insurance. I hope that will be enough to gain at least a little emotional relief.

Since your therapy is so limited don't forget to ask your PT for home exercises and suggestions for ways to keep your self loose. Also ask if there are things you can do to prevent secondary injuries due to compensations,
This way you will have better results.
