My husband and I had our depositions today in Sidney's lawsuit. Our attorney said we did very well. Mine lasted 2 hours and George's lasted about 30 minutes. I was lucky because in the field I'm in I have to testify frequently, not only in depositions, but also at trials. To all of you out there going through the legal process, don't give up hope and keep in mind who you are doing this for... our precious gifts, our children.

Best of Luck, it does suck the life out of you. We filed ours in 1993 and won in 2000 the doctor admitted in his dep that he tryed to turn my sons head 180 degrees when his lawyers tryed to correct him he screamed at them and stated he knew what he had said. I think he had finally snapped, he had been sued for 4 bpi's before my son and the baby a week before mine had her brain stem crushed. Of course you never find this stuff out till you file.Yes he is still practicing
