nerve transplants

my name is peter rechenberg and i have substained a nerve injery. docs think it is ether streached or torn but how do i know its not avalsed from the spine. i have no mussle contraction. is there any tests to see if the nerve is streached, torn, or advalsed form the spine

sorry to hear of your injury.
apparently emgs can be indicative, bt are not definitive of the injury sustained.
i think the only way they can really tell is by exploratory surgery.
sorry if im wrong.

sorry about ur injury.
ya, there no any confirmatory test, even after the advancement of technology. So, many nerve repaires are calculated and done at surgery.

But, be brave and be with positive attitude... I will u all the best.
