I just had a visit with a new rheumatologist. I know that many of the sults, like myself have develoed a lot of overuse issues. One of mine was that my entire body ached all of the time and I am slways tires. My back aches down my spine, fingers hut ,arms etc.
The rheumatologist asked if I had ever had a vitamin D test. She said when you're low your joints aches, you're tired, have selling and immflamation etc.
Well, mine was extremely low. I bought a bottle of D and am oging to see if there is an improvement.
the only thing is--D is a fat soluable vitamin, so I imagine levels have to be tested once or twice a year--but that would be a miracle to get out of this pain.
NTWAY, i THOUGHT i'D PASS IT ALONG TO SEE IF IT WOULD HELP ANYONE SELSE.
TALK TO YOU LATER.

Thanks for the information.
I have had my vitamin B check and often I am low.
I take B-12 injections for zinging pains. I don't know why it works but I started getting them as a teenager, for neuro pain.
I hope this works for you and then I will ask the doctor to check my Vitamin D count.

I also take B-complex because I have read that when we are under stress B is depleted.
Pain = Stress = B depletion is just common sense to me.
As a small child the doctors had my mother give me tons of B because of my arm.

Now if this will help with secondary pains and aches I will take it and do cartwheels again!
LOL...LOL...
