Can I write the DR a letter

WE lost our trial last week and I have no sense of closure, partly b/c I didnt tell that part of the story to the jury. They never heard about the force used by the DR to get my daughter out. They didnt hear how the dr put her foot on the table and ripped her out of me.
our strategy backfired, we thought it would be too hard to prove.

Anyway, can I write the dr a letter and tell her how I feel? My husband says not too.

At this point, what do you have to lose?? Maybe you should ask the lawyer to make sure, but I would think you could. I wrote mine a letter and never sent it. It felt good to get the thoughts out and down on paper even if she didn't get to read them.

I would ask your lawyer if you can but I do understand how you feel. We dropped our case this year. I am going to be near by where my son was born and I kind of wanted to stop by and even see the doctor. And the hospital where he was born but I don't think it will happen.

Blessings,
