Hi my name is Dylecia and I am the mother of Keiarra who is 7 years old and has a LOBPI I have not posted in over a year I've been helping my daughter adjust in school and doing alot of volunteering at the school. If there are any parents in the Atlanta area I would love to talk to you.
My question is that Keiarra bruises easily on her injured arm does any one else have this problem its takes a long time for a sore to heal what can I do?
Thanks Dylecia---I'm glad to be back

Hi dylecia - wow it's been a while!
The affected arms have decreased circulation. But Maia has actually never bruised her arm - even after falling it's never bruised. I would ask your pediatrician about this and maybe a specialist as well.
Nice to see you back!
