Hello all,
I am starting an article for the next Outreach and I need your help to do so. We thought it would be really cool to have all of our favorite splints in an article for Outreach so that every one can see the large variety available to them. What works for one person might not for the next but the options are almost endless!
So if any one would be willing to share pictures and a little about the splint or splints that they have used and like or have gained the most from, that would be awesome!!! You can send them to amy@ubpn.org or hope16_05@yahoo.com.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Does any one here other than me use splints? I still need pics so I can write up this article!
Thanks a bunch!
Amy

I have been fortunate enough to never need a splint but... in my OT clinicals the splints that people seem to find the most helpful when they have reduced hand and wrist function are resting hand splints and wrist cock up splints.
These weren't for peope with BPI's necessarily but for people with a range of upper extremity nerve and joint damage.
Hope this helps. Don't have pics but if you google these terms you can easily come up with some.
Good luck,
Becky
