IV infusion with lidocaine

Has anyone had IV infusion of lidocaine for 5 or more days for pain relief? If so how did it work for you?

I tried for a two hour test run to see if it would do anything.
No luck, sorry.

Chris..
I am happy to report that the IV with lido worked! Matt's pain is a 7-8 most days instead of a 9-10! He has laid off of the TENS unit more, which for him was his lifesaver. They want to do more in 6-8 weeks since it is helping, so he is going for it.
If all else fails we were told the next step is the ketamine.
We will keep our fingers crossed.
