Finally saw Dr. Nath to see what can be done

I finally took the step of seeing Dr. Nath (the 10-minute clinic format). I'm 36 and was told in the past that there was not much more to do for my OBPI. But I thought surely a lot has changed in medicine, and my good arm is getting overused, so I will try to get some help.
Dr. Nath was direct, and detailed four options for me that we can pursue. The order of importance of those was backwards from what I had assumed. As a result, suddenly my options seem a lot more relevant. For example, I figured the Mod Quad would be at the top of the list, with the options getting poorer below that, but it's not. It's the last thing on the list with more useful options above it.
I don't want to blab about my case - for now I have some thinking to do about what comes next.
Oh, and I saw Dr. Nath's book. No impression other than: hey, finally we have a book to refer to and it has color pictures! Amazon does sell it, but it is a print-on-demand book and you buy it from vbworm.
