For nerve growing any special food

All

1)After nerve graft of Traumatic Brachial Plexus injury for growing the nerve the sidha medicine will be good. Any idea in this regard.

2)What type of foods you are having. Any special food for nerve and mosule Grow will be fast.

3)During the treatment period (after prime surgery)
doing the sex intercouse will effect the nerve growing.

4)After completion of my prime surgery during the past 15 months, I have not feeled any movement in my hand. Any syntems is there.

Have heard that vitamin B-6 is good for nerve growth. My son does take this in hopes that it will help. He eats a normal diet. I don't think sex will inhibit nerve growth. For your hand, have you tried physical or occupaitional therapy? I think that would be good. You should be trying to exercize it and stretch it. Exercize in water is also good.

Hi, I basically just eat very healthy and also supplement with Spirulina ( http://www.spirulina.com/ ) and lots of antioxidants.. Mainly for health but it may help nerves, can't say it would hinder it.
