I would be very carefull about that. I lived in Florida and we were told that you had to file suit within two years from the date of injury. Your laywer can request an exention to file but it must be done by the two year injury limit. The entire trial process may take that long but the initial filing is two years. What part of florida are you in?

Hello,
You may want to check with your lawyer again. We were told two years from the date of injury. The law suit must be filed by then. Your lawyer can get an extension but it also must be filed by two years since the date of injury. What part of florida are you from?
