I ordered this book for myself for Christmas, it was recommended by Caralyn in Alaska on the TBPI Message Board. BOY! is this great!--very practical and useful to us all. It is a paperback,spiral and very inexpensive. I highly recommend this. I wish I had this as a teenager, struggling to be normal in restrauants and such. This book is PRICELESS as a guide in living with our Brachial Plexus Injuries.

Hey this is a great book, my mom found it for me and it has a whole list of things and it has things both for men and women, its great if your kinda or are new to the injury (like me) or have had it for a while like birth, it helps by making u think, "Oh' I never tried it that way before" or somethings you might do the same, but it's a fantastic book and it's made me think of doing some sports that i never really thought i'd do.
