Well we were in court for a week and the jury came back in favor of the doctor. Their defense was that brachial plexus injuries can happen even if the dr. does everything right. BULLSH*T!! Not avulsions like my son has!! I will not let this dr. forget my son. He will get updates and pictures after every surgery. Sorry for the attitude, but I'm a little pissed off!! Good luck to all who are in litigation!! :0)
