SDBPN Children’s Art Exhibit Contest
There will be a section at the exhibit to display artwork from children with
Brachial Plexus Injuries (BPI).
To enter, each contestant should submit artwork using any medium on
8 ½ x 11 paper based on the theme “My Mother ”. Leslie Blade, Professor of Fine Arts with the University of Cincinnati, will judge submissions. The top three entries will be professionally framed and artists awarded plaques. The framed artwork will be sold by silent auction with the proceeds benefiting SDBPN and UBPN. All other entries will be mounted for display.
Entry Guidelines:
· Children 17 and younger with no assistance from an adult
· Size must be 8 ½ x 11- Please do not fold when mailing
· One entry per child
· It may be drawing, painting, collage or any other medium
· Piece must be Titled
· Include a small bio of the artist (picture optional)
· Must be post marked by April 7, 2002
· Must include contact person with name and daytime phone number (i.e. parent/guardian)
· If all of the above guidelines are not included, the picture will be disqualified and not returned
· Entries will not be returned and may be sold at exhibit

Hobbies include drawing, swimming, reading and camping.
Isabel wants to be a teacher when she goes up.
