Is anyone aware of a BPI center or a BPI specialist in the Philadelphia area?

There is a neurologist at CHOP - Dr. Rich Finkel but he refers out for surgery. I heard last weekend from two therapists from CHOP that they are planning to get a surgeon in but don't have one yet.
There is a surgeon at St. Chris and I heard that he has done 3 surgeries. I forgot his name but can get it for you.
There is one other surgeon at yet another facility that I know of but I personally cannot recommend him, (because we had a negative experience with him) so I won't even mention his name. Sorry.
We go to Texas and we're really pleased.

Yes, there is a BPI clinic at CHOP. Your child will be seen by the neurologist and an ot. We currently go there and were referred to TCH for surgery. If you have any specific questions please let me know.

You can contact Dr. Kozin at Shriner's Hospital in Philadelphia (it's on Broad St.). We've been there for therapy but my son is actually having his surgery done at Texas Children's Hospital.

I got an email from a friend who saw the new neurologist at CHOP. He told her that her child's injury happened in utero. This mom had a 12 lb baby and they did fundal pressure and heavy duty traction and he is trying to convince her that it happened in utero. What's he thinking?
ps (She's knows for a fact that she does not have fibroids nor did she have chicken pox.)
