after mod qud Does anyone have tricep function

Has anyone who has had quad mod surgery able to build their tricep muscle.

I had mod quad 1/05 and yes I have built up my tricep so now it is identical in size to my other arm. I always had function in the tricep but now that the whole shoulder is freed up I could focus on training it properly. I am now focusing on holding my arm straight when overhead since it likes to be lazy and bend at the elbow. The tricep is learning to stay engaged so this doesn't happen.
I was injured at the c5 (deltoid) but that is now built up to so both arms look the same. I had to lengthen the neck upper traps through stretching - that took about 5 months but now my shoulder is relaxed, straight, not hunched and I dont lose bra straps of that shoulder anymore - they are dead even.
